The challenge
Rooftop crowded with HVAC chillers and water tanks, plus a strict no-noise, no-dust requirement around patient wards.
Our solution
A 2.4 m elevated structure that clears chillers, 3D shadow modelling around tanks, and night-shift installation for noisy works.
Results
- Roughly a third of daytime load now met by solar
- Terrace remains fully serviceable
- Monthly generation reports via remote monitoring
